For my Education class project on mental health in young people, I utilized the CANVA platform we learned about in class. It was fascinating to explore how today’s youth are impacted by factors like loneliness and stress, often stemming from their personal experiences and the circumstances surrounding them. CANVA allowed me to create a clean, well-organized presentation using simple yet effective images available on the platform. I believe it’s essential to leverage modern tools and technology to enhance the quality and efficiency of our work.
